Rachael has been coaching for 18+ years and has coached a variety of recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, and cheer tumbling. She comes from Maryland where she grew up at Harford Gymnastics as a competitive gymnast, turned cheerleader in High School, and back to club gymnastics while she attended Virginia Tech where she obtained a degree from the College of Engineering. In 2019, she started Tough Love & Tumbling, and has been offering flexible programs for athletes in PA and MD. She is USAG Certified and skilled in technique, spotting, unique drills, and mental blocks. When Rachael is not working her full time job, or in the gym, she is jetting off to snowy mountains for snowboarding, or dancing across tropical islands!
